Rocky Mountain Junior Scholars Forum is an annual conference, hosted alternately by BYU and the University of Utah, is designed to provide junior faculty an opportunity to meet other junior faculty, hear advice from more seasoned teachers and scholars, and present and receive feedback on their scholarship. This conference proved to be an invaluable resource for me in my first five years of teaching.[/caption]
